Our Metro DX Club 2018 picnic was held on Saturday, August 11th.  Our gracious hosts this year were Jerry WB9Z and Val NV9L.  Over 30 people attended and enjoyed grilled hamburgers, brats, chicken, corn on the cob and a multitude of sides.  The desserts were too numerous to list.  The weather was perfect.  A big bonus was being able to see a world class DX and contesting station.  Jerry's and Val's antenna farm is something to see.  A good time was had by all.
